Versa Consulting will get to know you with an introductory meeting where we will be able to talk about what we do and also understand your background, where your business came from, how long you are in the market, your strengths, challenges, and current needs.

BUSINESS ANALYSIS

Assessing your current situation.

We will observe your business structure, as well as current procedures and operational systems embraced by your organisation. Where you are now and where you want to be. We will analyse and identify specific gaps, lack of training or any other issue that might be slowing you down. Together, we will develop a SWOT analysis to define the current issues and set strategic solutions to solve them.

MYSTERY GUEST SESSION

Discover how the quality of your service or product is doing in the market.

We will provide a unique Mystery Guest Session* where we will spend time at one of your venues, going over all the journey as a regular customer. To ensure your business is providing a high standard quality service, our invisible guest will analyse the quality of the service or product provided and deliver a detailed feedback report from a client/consultant experience.

We will guide you every step of the way. Assisting you in the implementation, updating and improving elements of the plan as we get feedback from employees and customers, and measuring success using analytics in our follow up sessions.
