Who hasn't stopped visiting an establishment because of a bad experience? Not only because the staff was unprepared, but also because you felt that there was a lack of training and quality of service affecting your expectations.

 

Versa Consulting is highly committed to making you understand why every detail counts to place you ahead of your competitors providing a top-quality service.  That's why we encourage you to take a unique Mystery Guest Session where we will spend time at one of your venues, going over the whole journey as a regular customer without disclosing our identity.

 

Focused on the quality, our catching eye for detail will observe and analyse everything from the moment we arrive until we leave and deliver a detailed feedback report from a client/consultant experience.

 

Due to the high volume of requests, this year we are also providing the Mystery Guest Session separately from our consultancy package at a special rate.  Enquire now if you want to evaluate your cafe, restaurant, bar, club, store, salon, spa or accommodation venue.

 

Our visit includes spending an hour or two on restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs or retail stores, and 1 night in accommodation venues. If you wish to increase the visit time to evaluate any other service this can be arranged.

 

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we still are evaluating the booking process, however, the actual reservation must be made by the client to avoid delays or any other issues on the visit day.
